Scheduling Your Inspection
1. Click the "schedule Inspection" button on the home page. It will direct you to our scheduling and reporting website- Spectora.

2. Select the type of service and enter the address

3. Enter your personal information. then, select your real estate agent (optional)

4. Choose an available date and time for Your inspection.*
Being present for the inspection is not required, but we highly recommend you arrive for the final 30 minutes. This allows us to show you any concerns that arise during the inspection, and we can answer any questions you might have about the property.

5. Review the scheduled time and quote, then click schedule.
You'll receive a confirmation email, then we'll send a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
